Spotlessly clean and impressively attentive service with charming local flair.

The full body massage at the spa was an absolute treat, providing the perfect relaxation after a day exploring Hanoi.
I found the shower in our room didn't drain well, resulting in water pooling on the bathroom floor every time I used it.

Breakfast spread large and diverse, providing good value for the price.
Construction noise disrupted sleep, with late-night disturbances and early morning drilling from adjacent areas being particularly intrusive during the stay.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, but
we encountered some minor issues with room lighting and drainage. The atmosphere was charming, and breakfast had a wonderful variety, but our room's lack of windows made it feel a bit tight at times.

Sweetest staff, y'all! Kaylie and Justin went above and beyond makin' us feel right at home. The city view from our room was gorgeous, and that breakfast spread? Lord have mercy! We even left our luggage safely till later. I reckon I’ll be dreamin’ of that fresh fruit for a while!

Exceptional hospitality made our stay enjoyable, with staff going out of their way to assist us when a backpack was left behind at a cafe. The breakfast spread was a highlight, showcasing an impressive variety of fresh food, including organic vegetables. However, the limited views from our room were a drawback, and there could have been more outdoor space in our accommodation. Despite these issues, the comfortable bed and ideal location near the old town made our trip memorable.

pleasant stay but limited views
The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience, always eager to help with any request. I particularly liked the breakfast options which offered a nice variety each morning, making it hard to skip. The city view from the dining area enhanced my meals, giving a lovely backdrop while enjoying the food.
The limited outside views from my room made it feel a bit closed in at times.

We really enjoyed our stay with spacious and modern rooms that made us feel right at home. The full body massage and steam room were perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Just a heads up, the room we had was labeled as having a balcony, but it didn't really offer much outdoor space. 😊

Loved the rich breakfast and the friendly staff. Room was perfect for our family, spacious enough for luggage, and the daily tea service was a nice touch. Spa services were on point.
The sofa bed wasn't a pull-out as we expected, which might be a bummer for larger groups.

It was a nice choice for a quick stopover in Hanoi with good value for price. The full-body massage at the spa was a nice way to unwind after a long day. Ask for a room on a higher floor to avoid noise from the street.
